I left a negative review for a business that was fair and accurate.
Two days later when I looked at the business again there were 6 5* reviews added, which I thought was a coincidence.
I asked Yell if they ever checked out these reviews and they said that these people were genuine because they had registered an e-mail address with them ! They also said that unless |I could prove that the reviews were bogus (or written by the business owner) then they wouldn't remove them.
So it seems to me that some of the reviews on Yell can't be truted. Not impressed.
