This is the worst company to advertise with ....AVOID!!!! They literally steamroller you into a contract without giving you any time to read through their Terms & Conditions and they don't even refer you to their T&C. You don't get to actually sign a contract. As far as they are concerned once they have your bank details you are tied to them for a year!! YOU WON'T GET ANY CALLS.... but you will pay for the privilege. Think about it....The minute you are not happy with them they turn really nasty and threaten you with bailiffs, and anyone who is not in the know would be frightened of this. In fact, unless these bailiffs have a court order, they have no legal powers to do anything but ask you to pay! They can't enter your house, touch your possessions or harass you in anyway shape or form. For it to be legal, Yell will have to take you to court and that's when you get to have your say. The courts have the power to over turn Yell based on substandard service and unfair agreement. So don't be frightened. Insist that they take you to court! Your Consumer Rights will be almost non existent because when you deal with this disrespectful cowboy outfit you will be entering a business-to-business contract, which basically means you're stuffed!
