If i could leave a 0 i would, and how convenient that all the 5 star reviews are short and sweet, not actually detailing any positive contributions that Yell have made. This company are a complete fraud, reeling people and businesses in to con them out of money. They do a great sales pitch mind you, hence why small, new businesses like mine commit to their so called expert advertising. Paying a monthly sum over a 12 month contract that you can't get out of. The Reputation manager stats are obviously made up, my impressions and clicks were great...a week after i set it up, funny how i have had none in the last two months however. Everything they say they help with, they don't, i have done everything, from creating my profile, my ads, transferring information, chasing them! I could continue into the subject on how they have wasted my time (literally by not calling me and costing me half a days wages) to not replying to emails or complaints, but it wont get me or anyone else anywhere. Please, if there are any businesses looking to advertise via Yell i will leave you with two facts... 1. They do not provide what they sell. 2. No one uses Yell, and you will not receive accurate data on how many people have used, clicked on your profile. Do not fall for the scam like i, and so many others have fallen for, use the money you would waste on them through advertising through Google Ads.
