My name is Tutuola Akisanya. I spoke to someone called Darren on the first day he called me. He was a good salesman and sold the package to me. Due to my excitement i e-signed contract. I was then transferred to the engineer called Jack Swift who asked me a few details about what i want on the website. Next day, my bother called me and i explained everything to him about the website. He told me off and told me to cancel the contract with yell, as he builds websites. I truly forgot all about my brother. Next day i called yell.com to cancel my order. Darren was not in the office, so i spoke to someone called Jon Martinez who also confirmed that i was within my 14 day cooling period. He sent me a cancellation email which he also sent to Darren. Next day Darren called me, shouted at me and tried to bully me to stay.After that i have been undated with calls from yell.com the i signed a contract and there is no cooling off period. I was told there was a 14 day cooling period, and i was within my time. The manager who called me and said i have to pay 80% of the 12 month contract which is roughly £800 for something i do not want. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON. SHOULD I SEEK LEGAL ADVICE.
