Do Not Waste Your Money.
This is what has happened to my business.

As part of the general disclosure, please can you send me all details associated with my Ad Words campaign. Please include Ad Groups, phrases, key words etc.
I note your advice that Yell is not regulated by an ombudsman, and that Yell do not have a complaints escalation procedure.
It is a shame that after many years of association, and that for a micro business such as mine, a great deal of expenditure, that Yell take no responsibility for the failure of my campaign. The web site failed to deliver. Cancellation was not an option owing to 12 month contract. It is a fact that cannot be disputed that my enquiry rates dried up after the launch of the Yell web site.
It is my view that I have been poorly advised, left unmanaged (I have no idea who took on my account). I was not offered an annual review in December, and have wasted in excess of £4000.00
