Failure to change campaign targeting as agreed with account manager at outset.
Failure to deliver on increased enquiries as sold to me because of Yells’s partnership with Google.
Failure of web site to deliver an acceptable level of enquiries (23 total, despite total budget expenditure each month. Average cost of £125.22 per).
No evidence of organic search results. Web site clearly not optimised.
Please escalate as requested.
Please provide a copy of the associated HTML and files so I may seek an opinion on the ability of the web site to generate traffic organically.
Please can you tell me the date you have on record on which I reported incorrect contact details in my campaign.
