We used Rob Roy Removals (Rugby) to move house. After the move we found a vintage display cabinet damaged, a mirror broken and a traditional silver charm bracelet missing from its presentation box. We understood the removal company had insurance which covered the move up to £25,000.00. Although we followed the verbal instructions of the owner of the company, Gerry, on preparing for the move, he subsequently claimed the insurance did not cover jewellery! Gerry arranged to come and discuss the damage and loss, but failed to turn up at the appointed time and we have not heard from him since.
