Ordering was easy, so good. But there was no notification that the order would be held up by one product not in stock. I paid extra for 1-3 day delivery, but Australia Post just can't make it to our address in that time. So received eventually 5 business days after ordering. That meant a repost for birthday present rather than giving it in person. That said, when I contacted you, you very quickly sent 2 parcels. And the products are just what we wanted. Probably need to do a clearance on gemstone planets; Pluto is not now a planet! Thanks though, the products are great and I will order from you again.
