We have been dealing with Neil for a number of years now after he was recommended to me. He has always provided us with an excellent service and with a simple call or email any email issues we have had have been dealt with swiftly. They have looked after our website and emails since day one but we were looking to start creating a brand awareness. Neil, Lucinda and Sian have provided us with a fantastic looking brochure and started extremely good social media campaigns. For someone who has built a business through word of mouth for 30 years, had no sales training and very little involvement with websites and social media, I have been especially impressed with their understanding of what we are trying to achieve, understanding our business and delivering everything with very little information from me.
