I ordered goods from a company who despatched them by Yodel. A big mistake... I got an email from Yodel to say they have left the goods with an neighbour (didn't say which) and put a card through my door. No card and nothing with my neighbours. After an hour on the phone and on Web chat they told me it had been delivered to a coffee shop in another street. I checked but nothing there. Yodel are almost impossible to contact. Call centre in South Africa.. Cannot phone local depot.. Avoid this company..
