Had email to say parcel delivered and handed to resident (me). Obviously it wasn't. They did at least open an investigation when I contacted them only to be told a day later that the driver was traced to near my address.
If he was down my street then clearly he/she struggled with the very difficult concept of matching the house number on the package with the number's on each house. I am not prepared to knock on every neighbour's door for their mistake. Fortunately eBay refunded me for money the product.
