Ordered an item from SharkNinja and subsequently given a tracking reference. This eventually showed the item as arrived at my local depot and out for delivery. Lo and behold it then shows as being sent back to Merchant and to contact them! Yodel stated Ninja had placed a ‘stop’ notice on the item. Ninja vehemently denies ever issuing such a notice. The item was resent via another courier and arrived within 3 days.
So we now have Yodel protesting innocence and I quote their latest:
“The information I have provided you with is merely tracking information. Before the parcel entered our network, the return-to-send scan was applied. We no longer have the parcel in our network”.
Now, the tracking clearly showed it having arrived at my local Depot and as ready for delivery, 4 days later they marked it as returned! I for one will never use this Company again!
