Parcel not delivered. Tracking stopped 4 days before delivery date. Contacted customer services who had no idea where it was but said it's not lost and will e mail me never had an e mail. Contacted again said the same thing and again no e mail.
Contacted yet again update saying not dropped off by sender but could not explain why I had a tracking number and proof of sending.
Contacted yet again had a different story again. Said I wish to complain told can only do by e mail and guest what never received any e mail.
Finally told an investigation is under way but takes 14 days.
Still unable to make a complaint about poor service and customer services making up various excuses
Absolutely terrible stay clear.
