I am partially disabled. I live on the first floor of a communal block of apartments. My intercom buzzer rang yesterday to be told my parcel would be left in the communal area downstairs and could not be brought up to me because the couriers dog had been sick I advised that should be left in the communal area. It could be picked up, by anyone coming through to access Their apartments her response was in that case it can’t I can’t deliver my dog has been sick in the car. This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered and I will ensure going forward that any items I purchase online do not deliver using yodel absolutely awful. when I attempted to contact yodel by phone, I only received an automated response never ever again
