Third arranged day waiting on parcel I need from Virgin. First time Yodel changed status late afternoon advising address issue yet webchat confirmed address held was correct. Replanned but no show and tracker never changed from arriving today status. Contacted webchat again advising status for 3rd visit again just showing arriving today so where’s my 2hr slot as I believe they’re wasting my time again. Agent saying it’s because driver hasn’t started his ‘tour’. It’s late afternoon and Yodel website states 2hr delivery time will show on morning of delivery so I suspect I’m being fobbed off by webchat again. Contacted them 5 hrs later to be advised parcel not rescanned since 29/10 so they’ll need to get depot to search for it so will get emailed within 24 hrs. A customer waiting over a week and staying in at least 3 full delivery days (as I’ll have to wait in a 4th now) to receive a parcel is an abysmal service. Yodel should be classed as a joke of a company except they’re not funny.
