We had Yoder's out to come look at our shed and help to get it off of our property. The shed was in great condition, it was Yoders brand 9 years old . It could have used a power wash, we live on a wooded lot, but not a single structural issue. The man came out and offered us 6k including the cost to move the 16x24 shed and shook hands on it. The very next day, he called back offered us 3k and said the shed was going to be too difficult to move. We refused that offer and then decided to try and sell the shed independently and the buyer responsible to move it. Every buyer called Yoders. Yoders told every buyer it was too difficult to move and sabotaged several of our sales. Im pretty disappointed in Yoder's buisness ethics. In the end the shed was moved without a hiccup in less than 45 minutes it was off the property and we got our asking price. Upon telling several people I associate with this story, they also confirmed Yoder is unfriendly to work with. Now I know and I will not be doing buisness with them and will make sure to share my expierence.
