Two things annoyed me. Firstly, I mistakenly entered my No Claims history as 9 years. I tried to change to 15 years several times but this didn't seem to register. I eventually gave up and later discovered the reason was that 9 years was the maximum recognised. If only this had been explained earlier!
Secondly when I was asked for the payment date I was going to choose a date before the current date in December to ensure that the first payment would not be until January. The system then said that the first payment would not be until 22 January 2024 so I entered 22 as I was unable to enter no date at this stage. Lo and behold that having signed up I will apparently have to pay on 22 December. This will be in addition to the initial fee equivalent to approximately two months' payments. Very annoying.
