Competitive prices but I knocked a star off as you physically can’t speak to a human being at this company, only via online chat. Bit frustrating. Not sure whether I’ll stay with them next year. It depends how much they increase the price versus not speaking to a member of staff on the phone. I see they state below the option of speaking to someone on the phone but this isn’t possible
