Discussed . Auto renew should be outlawed. I was charged £51.85 for a renewal I did not want. YOU try contacting then to say u don’t want to renew !! My 1st premium. (and certainly will be my last ) was £221.00 , my next years renewal was £675.00 . I’m furious , this company makes my blood boil. Avoid at all costs. They even clawed the £51.85 back, via a direct debit I cancelled weeks before , without my consent. Total Bandits.
