I got a quote through money, supermarket and Detailed zero no Claim bonus. The policy was a good price so I bought it and when I reviewed my documents detailed nine years, no claims bonus. I tried to make contact to get this amended tried everything could not get through Online through the Awful chatbot. As I can only have no claims bonus against one car I had to cancel the policy which cost me £50 really really annoyed that I wasn’t able to get it amended would definitely not recommend this company as it is absolutely abysmal that you can’t get through to anybody
