After paying for the insurance I read the policy documents and realised I needed to make a few minor changes eg the date the car was purchased. The online chat bot couldn’t help and neither could a real person on chat as the system was down. They were auto email me if there was going to be any extra cost. Still haven’t heard anything. At least I have a trans roof the chat, to show I tried 🤷♀️
