Visited my Yoga portal to review my renewal quotes where it stated they had found me a better deal, great! However, I noticed that the total excess had gone up, then when I reduced it the premium actually went down..... So why wasn't I offered this price at renewal? Then I noticed my renewal date was wrong so using live chat I eventually got through to a human agent who said Yoga were aware of this error and all would be put right and my documents would show the correct dates. So I renewed at the lower price and unsurprisingly my documents came through wrong.
