You quoted me 254.87 for my renewal on two comparison site they quoted 185.27 and 200.27 when I tried to buy them I couldn't apparently you put a block on my account to supposedly stop people from buying two lots of insurance, that I do not believe I managed to chat to your advisors both of who were really helpful I thought you were supposed to offer existing customers the same rates as new customers I was finally offered a price of 198.12 which I took even though I was not 100% happy if I could have got close to that with any other company I would have taken theirs.
