Cannot talk to a real person, 35% premium hike after first 12months, cancelled my renewal but still received a renewed policy at +35%, could not sort it the same day as the policy started and was charged £49.00 on the first day of a 'cooling off' period. Shocking online only non personal or customer focused approach and service.
Will leave negative reviews on media and advise people not to use this company.
