i would have given 0 stars if it allowed. I got 2 quotes from you, the second just as I had to take the insurance out as I has purchased the vehicle to drive it home and to tax it. The second quote was £16 more expensive and I had to pay an 'admin fee' of £15, so in fact the quote worked out more expensive than other quotes I had from the Confused website. I had no choice but to pay this as I had a poor wifi reception on my phone. You should not put misleading information on your quotes and you should have put the admin charge on the website, clearly. Disgraceful and down right dishonest.
