I have been trying to let you know a change in our circumstances for the past few days before our renewal date. Several attempts were made online, but these failed because you needed to know details if the immobilisers on our cars. I did not have these details, so you did not accept my submission. I then wanted to speak to somebody on the 'phone, but can't find a 'phone number. I gave up!
