On 30/05/24 I bought car insurance from Yoga to commence on 28/06/24, however, I then realised that I did not need it, so cancelled it. This cancellation was made even before the policy had started, yet they still charged me $49.99 for the cancellation, even though it was within the cooling off period. I think this is ridiculously excessive. I would not purchase insurance of any kind from them again because of this.
