YOGA DIDN'T MAKE ME HAPPY, BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, ie A TELPHONE AND UNABLE TO SPEAK TO A PERSON, I ENDED UP TAKING OUT TWO POLICIES ON THE SAME VEHICLE, THEN HAD TO CANCEL ONE COSTING OVER £50 POUNDS. TALKING TO AN AI SYSTEM IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND MOST FRUSTRATING. THIS WILL BE MY LAST YEAR WITH YOGA UNLESS DRASTIC CHANGES ARE MADE TO COMMUNICATION.
