Sheianna of Yoga was helpful and concise. All good. I was frustrated that there is no phone number to call and no Manage Renew button on my account page as the Yoga Bot suggested. And it is annoying that Live Chat is only available between 9am - 2pm which makes it tricky for people in jobs were they cannot use their smart phones, but despite all this, I do recommend Yoga Insure, very competitive prices and the Live Chat really works and is not too much of a wait.
