I cancelled my policy on the portal on 02nd June but you still automatically renewed it and sent me confirmation via a No Reply email on 08/11.
Your Live Chat bot did not understand and wanted me to cancel the policy but then I would have to pay a time on risk and admin charge, and there is no contact email or phone number - but it is a Saturday and I am abroad on holiday so I can't call you anyway ! Not impressed and will be calling you on my return on Wednesday for a full refund with no admin charge. S Bennett
