You took out two payments for the same vehicle. One on the 24th may £400.78 policy VGCV 0006646 which I done on line. Then on the 6th of June you took £428.67 PolicyYGCV0001296 which I did not authorise. The vehicle was Ford Ranger EJ20WJN. How has this happened two policy payments same vehicle. Could you please sort this out for me and refund my £428.67. Thank you Richard Clark
