Reasonable quote with extras already added. Happy to renew even though I compared options elsewhere. Sadly Trying to make contact with Yoga is a nightmare. Their chat takes forever to speak to and you get cut off without reason or removed from queue because you don't keep the system open even though you're waiting for 20 mins. Took 2 hrs to "chat" with someone and have to type the query then during chat I accidentally pressed a button next to a return key which cut me off. Didn't bother to try again. Yoga didn't bother to return my call. Never actually got to speak to someone. Frustrating. Unprofessional and really rubbish contact system. Please resolve by using proper IT as one used seems really cheap and appalling.
