I was goimg on holiday 30th April so had to do renewal begore I went was due in May couldnt get a renewal price so told chat line to cancel . Then done go compare and redone a new one with Yoga as could see the price when I looked on my statement found they done the one in April took my money and then the one in May took my money contacted my bank was refunded the last one said its now cancelled and there is a cancellation charge . If they put my name in they would see they have 2 policies for me. Will never go with them again . Ask for an agent and the bot says anything else I said yes an agent or advisor which never happened. Have wrote to them but my bank refunded in two days but now they said cancellation fee.
