I needed to change my car insurance policy over to a new car whilst retaining the personal number plate, with which I was having a little difficulty. I was put through to COURTNEY who resolved my problem in less time than I had taken originally. I noticed that the chat line was only open (normally) up to 14.00 hours. As my new certificate was required urgently to let the new vehicle process continue I contacted YOGA at 13.40 hours which involved COURTNEY working after hours something I NEVER felt pressured to complete before finishing time. COURTNEY acted with the true professionalism not seen very often these days when you contact chat lines / call centres. On this performance I will gladly recommend YOGA to other people.
