I have tried at least 20+ times to log onto the portal so that I can include my son on my insurance. Each time whilst it recognises that I have registered it doesnt recognise my password. So i have requested a link, but nothing comes through. I am finding this extremely frustrating as I have other things to do with my day that spend it clicking away on a portal that doesnt work and you have no phone number to call for assistance. Not happy at all
