I'm almost dyslexic with computer formats, so just about managed okay. Couldn't find an option for docs' in post or to opt out of auto renewal, but maybe that was just me. Found a postal address & wrote confirming no auto renewal and was delighted that Yoga responded confirming receipt of letter , noting my preference. I thought that was good service.
