Have only just taken out a policy with Yoga. I did hesitate as you can't just phone up and speak to someone if you have a problem, BUT they were £120 cheaper with better cover than my existing insurer. Live chat is better than ai (I hope!)
So far email contact has been very good so let's hope I've done the right thing. Gave 4 stars as would prefer phone contact but maybe it wouldn't be so cheap then??
