I was told my insurance would automatically renew when I agreed to my new policy, however this did not happen and came as a surprise to receive an email on the morning of renewal to learn I was then uninsured and the renewal hadn’t happened! Stressful to put right quickly so I could drive my car to work! Not good service.
Online portal is also not user friendly
