The renewal price was £100 increase. I found a cheaper policy elsewhere. I was Unable to speak to customer services as no customer telephone available. The online portal doesn’t work which means it’s impossible to text customer services, an the bot chat doesn’t resolve the issue. Very unsatisfactory service
