all set for auto renew, so l thought, so l wanted to add some bells and whistles to it, no, it said, card declined, ok just let them know what we want, no, you cant contact them except by leave a message, we did that, 24 hour reply? no nothing. Day came and they were quick to tell me that l was no longer insured!! so my ma in law said try my card, and it went thru ok. l repayed her using my card, it was accepted and went thru no bother. l doubt if l will use them next year, this is their one chance.
