Charged and paid an astronomical amount for vehicle insurance. Wasn’t asked about no claims bonus so tried to contact for over 2 hours to enquire about this. Told I would have to pay extra or could cancel for £49! WTH! Any other company has a cooling off period in which you can cancel and not be charged. The way I was spoken to over the live chat was appalling and I now have absolutely no trust in this scam of a company. I will be taking this further!
