I was not aware that the policy would be automatically renewed at the end of the year. I think you should send a reminder a few days before the year-end. As a result it has cost me £49.99 to cancel on day 2 of the new year (I was out of touch on day 1).
I am very unhappy about this and will not consider Yoga in future years, unless you send reminders and return the £49.99.
