Although I could log into portal, it wanted me to log in again to look at renewal invite details, but kept coming up as error when verifying I was human. I couldn't find any where on your portal to change cookie settings, so had to change it for all sites on my phone besides essential ones. Your chat box couldn't understand my questions & took several attempts before it would let me chat to a human! (I think) Advisor, to confirm my car insurance would be renewed, as your initial invite said at bottom it would only happen if it was set up to, which I couldn't remember. Left me very worried, could do with an earlier way to confirm you wish to renew, and not left to the due day.
