I cancelled before the end of policy but the renewal still went through. Cancelled AGAIN once the payment went through but have been charged £49.99 less than 11 hours into the renewal period (I am making a complaint to the ombudsman) and there is NO ONE TO TALK TO - the CHAT BOT IS USELESS, full of unhelful, unrelated, generic responses with no relevance to my actual problem!! I'm struggling to understand why I'm being charged £49.99 admin fee when there's no human beings doing any admin! Thank goodness I didn't have to make a claim over the past year. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
