When taking this insurance last year I explicitly said no to automatic renewal. When I received my renewal offer I replied saying I won’t be renewing. About 2 weeks before renewal date a bought and paid in full another insurance company. On the day of renewal I get a message saying thanks for renewing from you. I try all day through the chat to get in touch to sort this only continue to get referral to do it on the portal. The portal don’t have the decline renewal option the chat keeps telling me to use. I can’t get to speak to a human. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
