I had put other insurance in place as I had not heard from you previous to due date. When I had to cancel within the first 24 hours you charged me £50 . I find this extremely bad practice and if you had written to me earlier I would have been happy to accept your quote. Can you advise if I am likely to have a refund as this amount was 25% of total annual insurance for less than one day when my vehicle was covered by another insurer.
