Trying to take another years monies from me Finding connection difficult Hoping this gets to you as everything l have tried is failing to contact you and using my old policy to do this, will hopefully get to you. Getting Emails responses from you whatever way l try is failing. Going through your bot is to no avail. You are taking monies off me that l have not asked for, wanted, know about or used. I would like my £87.46 returned and see this as unwanted transaction. Used my card backhandly and causing me so much unnecessary trouble and anxiety for a disabled mental health, anxious individual.
