I wouldn’t say happy, basically administering yourself. I had a query and live chat was useless and I kept putting I wanted to speak to an agent in person rather than a bot. I would prefer a contact telephone number for clarifying a query as I couldn’t find the answer that easily. If I answered anything incorrectly than I wouldn’t be covered correctly.
