The policy auto renewed after I had taken out a new policy with a different company.
Not able to talk to anyone so had to cancel online at a cost of £49.99. This company must make a fortune with auto renewals and cancellation charges - beware.
Surely I should not have been charged this within the 14 day cooling off period! I’d really like my money back please.
