When paying my car insurance it states that if you need a paper copy then contact us. No contact number, so I go on live chat (which was a waste of time) just kept saying I do not understand the question. So I contacted One Call (Brokers) still no help. Now I have sent an online email through the portal requesting a paper copy. If I receive this I will up my stars in my review. I cannot answer tge other questions asked as my issue has not been resolved.
